The mumm Customer Satisfaction (Intern) is a very unique and challenging position as it requires a multi-skilled individual to do the job right. You shall be responsible for getting in touch with their clients to ensure their satisfaction. Further, by surveying clients and seeking their feedback on their service to ensure the highest service level. Also,  Engaging in the operations cycle and getting to their whole business cycle from order placing till delivery. Maintain mumm SOPs in terms of service levels, food standards, delivery time.
