Xiaoyu Shi’s lab at the University of California, Irvine, is looking for highly motivated, and talented postdoctoral fellows to fill two postdoc positions. Competitive candidates should be interested in any of the following areas: super-resolution microscopy, structural biology, cell signaling, live-cell imaging, single-particle tracking, microfluidics, single-cell sequencing, proteomics, computational imaging, biochemistry, biophysics, and protein engineering.
This Postdoctoral Scholar at University of California Irvine will do the following duties
Postdocs in the Shi Lab will receive financial support for one national or international meeting per year, and unlimited local meetings. The UCI campus offers numerous training programs and workshops for postdocs in leadership building, teaching skill enhancement, career development, and early career fellowship application. The PI fully supports postdocs to attend these events and will help with their networking and fellowship application.
