Duties and Accountabilities:
Provide technical support for Office 365 apps, network access, Wi-Fi, VPN, and Citrix RDP client.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues; escalate when necessary.
Document incident status, resolution, and solutions in ServiceNow.
Assist with installation, deployment, and updates of computer systems and mobile apps.
Verify and implement Business Continuity and backup/restore procedures.
Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures.
Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
Support network connectivity (LAN/WAN, IP, mobile devices, etc.).
Support World Bank mobile devices and apps.
Promote information security awareness within the unit.
Stay updated on IT trends and WBG IT standards.
Train clients on effective technology use and Bank policies.
Manage video conferences and conferencing events (Webex, Jabber, Cisco).
Assist with local and regional IT initiatives and IT Expos.
Collaborate with ITS colleagues and participate in IT focus groups.
