PLISMUN believeS in crafting an experience that follows its school motto, ‘preparing the young people of today for the unknown occupations of tomorrow.’

With this in mind, the conference has set six key goals which they aim to achieve:

1.   Ensuring high-quality and challenging debate in which participants with experience are pushed to the limit,

2.   Providing a supportive environment where beginner delegates are introduced to MUN,

3.   Broadening all participants’ spectrum of knowledge and creating well-rounded global citizens,

4.   Promoting cooperation and rational conflict resolution,

5.   Educating today’s generation about the work of the United Nations and the importance of diplomacy,

6.   Kindling new friendships and expanding a dynamic community of MUN enthusiasts.

Regestration Guideline

Delegate

As a delegate, you will be representing a particular country or position within a committee, debating as well as contributing to form a resolution.

1. Open the delegate application form on the main page.
2. Fill out all the fields
3. Once you successfully submit your application PLISMUN will manually review it.
4. Once PLISMUN approve your application, you will get a confirmation email with your committee and country as well as payment details

Delegation

As a delegation leader, you may track the delegates within your delegation.

1. Open the delegation application form on the official website.
2. Fill out the details of your delegation as well as personal information
3. As soon as you press submit, a delegation will be under the given name and delegates filling out their application form will have to option to select it in the “Delegation” field
4. Once a delegate has joined your delegation, their details will be visible to you and you have the authority to remove them permanently from your delegation.

Chair

Each committee will have two chairs who moderate and control the flow of debate ensuring the maintenance of the order. Each chair is reviewed on a first come first serve basis.

1. Open the chair application form on the official website.
2. Fill out all the fields
3. Once you submit your application, please wait for the team to manually review it.
4. You’ll receive an email from PLISMUN after it confirms its decision along with further actions
5. Also, if you become a chair, you will be able to view your committee page where you can see the delegates.

Furthermore, all the selected chairs and delegates should pay 43 euros before participating in the conference.
