Applications for Delegates for Birla Model United Nations Online Conference 2021. For the past 8 years, Birla Vidya Niketan Model United Nations has brought high school students together from around the globe to participate in a world-class forum of critical discourse on pressing global issues and engage with India’s diplomatic values under the likes of Nirupama Tao and Shashi Tharoor.
With new exciting committees and fully dedicated and eager stuff, BMUN is prepared to emerge from the fire to hold onto the bricks of this conference. Last year even though the pandemic it emerged triumphant. The secretariat and organizing team came together uner the limitations of it. BMUN has continued its tradition of excellence in education and experience extends far beyond its committee sessions.

- Agenda: Improving literacy rates and preserving linguistic diversity among indigenous people with special emphasis on systematic abuse and mistreatment by residential schools.
Guidelines
- Each school can send either a School Delegation of a maximum of 8 delegates or Individual Delegates from classes IX – XII (VII -XII for UNHRC).
- Individual Delegates from the school should need to furnish their CVs for the Conference. Individual
- Applicants will be selected only on the basis of merit.
- Participation in this Conference in free of cost.
- Winners and Participants will receive E-Certificates.
- The Schedule will be flexible due to the inclusion of international delegates and there will be sufficient breaks.
- Keeping in mind the same, the schedule will be released later.
- Dress Code: Ethnic Wear/Formals
Important Details
- Each delegation must contain maximum of 8 delegates (preferable spread over the various committees)
- Kindly attach the CV of all the delegates attending the conference from your esteemed institution.
- The eligibility for each committee is from classes IX-XII, except for UNHRC for which it is from classes VII-XII.
