Interested applicants are welcome to apply for the CENMUN Model United Nations 2019. CENMUN is the largest and most prestigious conference of its kind in Central India. Further,  in terms of both delegates and committees simulated, with over 1000 delegates attending the conference. From all over the country across two years. However, CENMUN is much more than a Model UN Conference. It is a YOUth community, hosting delegates aged between 11 to 22. Also, guided by the youngest secretariat, consisting of only high school students in the organizing team who are deeply passionate about the educational value of Model UN.

Moreover, CENMUN aims to provide the YOUth of the nation a stage to discuss and deliberate upon some of the world’s most vital issues. The delegates will be by 24 of the best EB members from across India in this process. In our third edition, They are deeply honored to continue CENMUN’s unique focus on social change. Agenda

• This year our committees and agenda will revolve around the theme – Emotional Intelligence in Conflict resolution: The Missing Link. The theme takes its inspiration from the varied nature of conflicts that exist throughout the world. Also, Conflicts can be political, cultural, psychological or personal.
• Whatever its origin or nature, conflicts can make us feel powerless, demoralized, hurt, resentful and even humiliated at times.
• However, public policies on resolving conflicts primarily depend on data collection and data analysis which is no doubt scientific but devoid of emotions.
• The need of the hour is to make good use of emotional intelligence and resolve conflicts.
• There is an urgent need to develop skills to enable leaders to use emotional information to guide human thinking and behavior in order to achieve long-lasting solutions. This conference focuses on developing that missing link within young minds through the noble concept of Model UN.
