LAMUN was founded on the desire to show collegiate Model UN teams what value most in MUN. Further, the community that their team has fostered and continues to grow across the circuit is the reason LAMUN is still thriving fifteen years since its conception. Also, LAMUN XV, Los Angeles  Redefined will be a platform for all students who want to discuss and debate complex issues while surrounded by peers with the same passions and competitive spirit as themselves.

Submission Details

Position Papers are due at 11:59 p.m. on Sunday, April 5th. Also, the applicant should Submit the position paper as a PDF in an email.

How does it work?

Students take on the role of a delegate or character from an assigned nation as well as discuss international relations topics with the ultimate goal of collaborating to write a resolution solving the issue at hand. Furthermore, Model United Nations teaches highly useful and marketable skills such as public speaking, Also, it is a fantastic avenue for networking and making lifelong friends with students at UCLA as well as all across the college MUN circuit.

Early registration is in progress. Please fill out the LAMUN XV Registration Form here. Also, if paying via credit card, please use the online payment portal after the Registration Form has been filled out. The regular registration is from Feb 16 – Apr 10 paying 90$.
