Applications call for Young Innovative Digital Leader Training 2020

Digital-based leadership is an important issue in improving the competence of young people. This requires the younger generation to become educated generation in technology that has the ability of leadership and good cooperation (great leadership and teamwork), the ability to innovate and offer innovation to the community ( entrepreneurial thinking ), volunteering, and high social sensitivity (volunteering). In addition, the younger generation is also faced with the challenge of continuing to learn and not eroded by the advancement of time so as to increase knowledge as high as possible ( education) become one of the important elements in digital-based leadership. These four fields are very vital as an effort to develop themselves for the young generation of Indonesia, which is generally dominated by students.

Objectives 

The Young Innovative Digital Leader Training 2020 has the following objectives

• Utilizing an online platform as a means of creating a movement for positive change for the younger generation.
• Develop skills in the fields of leadership, social, education, and entrepreneurship.
• Connecting the younger generation with experienced speakers related to the fields of leadership, social, education, and entrepreneurship.

Requirements 

In order to be eligible for Young Innovative Digital Leader Training 2020, candidates must be

• Indonesian young generation aged 15 – 35 years.
• High commitment and loyalty to participate in the INLEAD2020 series of activities from beginning to end
• Must follow Instagram account  https://www.instagram.com/komaofficial.id/ and https://www.instagram.com/meetscholar/
