CDT Non-Resident Fellows Program 2026

The Center for Democracy & Technology (CDT) Non-Resident Fellows Program 2026 offers academics and researchers an opportunity to work directly with CDT and contribute their expertise to technology policy, digital rights and democracy.

The two-year programme connects scholars from fields such as law, political science, computer science, sociology, economics, communication and media studies with CDT’s policy and research teams.

Applicants must hold a full-time academic position, have published impactful peer-reviewed research and have experience with technology policy issues, particularly U.S. and EU developments.

Current students and postdoctoral researchers are not eligible. A PhD, J.D. or equivalent terminal degree is preferred.
