EdPioneers Impact Fellowship 2025 (Stipend available)

Applications are now open for the EdPioneers Impact Fellowship 2025—a transformative, 10-month, full-time program designed for early-career professionals with 3–5 years of experience who are committed to making a lasting impact in education beyond the classroom. This Fellowship offers a unique opportunity to step into non-instructional leadership roles within dynamic education ecosystems, including school districts, charter networks, government education agencies, and nonprofit organizations. Fellows lead high-impact, systems-level projects that tackle real challenges facing students and communities, gaining hands-on experience in strategic planning, program design, policy implementation, and operational excellence. Benefits of EdPioneers Impact

  • Impact Fellows receive a $58,000 stipend over 10 months.

Eligibility 

  • International students are eligible to apply if authorized to work in the US without visa assistance; international visas cannot be sponsored. Applicants who have CPT/OPT are eligible.
  • They should hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least two years of full-time professional work experience.
  • Fellows lead long-term initiatives that fall primarily within four priority areas: project management, data and analysis, operations, and strategy.
  • Fellows will live and work in one of the primary geographic regions:

    • Chicago, IL

    • New York City, NY
    • San Francisco Bay Area, CA
    • Texas
