Fulbright Foreign Student Program
The Fulbright Foreign Student Program is one of the most prestigious international exchange programs, designed to support graduate students, young professionals, and artists from around the world in their pursuit of education and research in the United States. Approximately 4,000 foreign students from 155 countries receive Fulbright scholarships annually.

Eligibility of Fulbright Foreign Student Program:
To be eligible for a Humphrey Fellowship Program, applicants must
- Be a citizen of an eligible country which includes 155 countries.
- Have an undergraduate (first university or Bachelor’s) degree
- Have a minimum of five years of full-time professional experience
- Demonstrated leadership qualities and a record of public service in the community
- Limited experience in the United States
- Demonstrated English language ability
