The Chinese Heilongjiang Provincial Government offers fully-funded Scholarships to international students intending to pursue higher education in Universities in Heilongjiang province. These scholarships are open to all the international students pursing education in all degree levels (bachelors, masters, and Ph.D.)

Eligibility

• Candidates applying for bachelor’s degrees must be under the age of 25 and should have a high school diploma with excellent grades.
• Similarly, candidates applying for a masters degree must be under the age of 35 and should have a Bachelor’s Degree with good grades.
• Furthermore, candidates applying for a Ph.D. must be under the age of 40 applying for the Doctoral Degree and must have a Master’s Degree with excellent grades.

Funding/Financial Aid

Heilongjiang Provincial Government Scholarships Program is a fully-funded opportunity for international students. Moreover, the scholarships cover fees of registration, tuition, experiment, practical training, basic teaching materials, lodging, and comprehensive medical insurance.

Documents required

Applicants must submit the following documents in order to take part in the scholarships selection assessment

• Application Form for the Heilongjiang Provincial Government Scholarships.
• The notarized high school graduation certificate and academic record.
• Study or research plan in China written in Chinese or English.
• Recommendations of at least two professors or associate professors.
• Original “Foreigner Physical Examination Record” as well as a copy of passport.

Applications closed on the 15th of April to start study in the following year.
