Fully Funded Learn Africa Scholarship Program 2019 is available for application. Through this program, the Women for Africa Foundation selects African Female Undergraduate and Graduate Students for Scholarships at Spanish and Portuguese Universities. It aims to promote the transfer of knowledge, exchange and training of African women undergraduate and graduate students through scholarships in Spanish universities that collaborate in this initiative. Moreover, it provides the selected students an opportunity to complement their university education in their country, and then invest what has been learned to benefit their communities, thus contributing to the progress of African societies.

Scholarship Benefits

The scholarship covers round trips, tuition and fees, accommodation and food, as well as medical insurance.

Eligibility

In order to receive the scholarship, you need to fulfill the following requirements:

• Be a woman and also, have the nationality of an African country.
• Either, be enrolled in an African university or have a university degree issued in an African country. In addition, for Postgraduate Scholarships, the Degree title is necessary.
• Meet the specific requirements of each type of scholarship.
• Above all, only one application per person
• Furthermore, for scholarships where Spanish is the main language, a strong command of the language is necessary.
