The International Water Centre (IWC) is pleased to announce the IWC Masters International Scholarships. Moreover, this scholarship is open to all international applicants who apply, are accepted into, and enroll in the Master of Integrated Water Management program as self-funded, full-time students. In addition, they believe that skilled water leaders are critical to addressing complex water challenges across the world. As such, the IWC will grant an IWC Master’s Scholarship.

Furthermore, this International Water Centre is a Brisbane-based organization, dedicated to providing the most advanced education and training, applied research and consulting to develop capacity as well as promote whole-of-water cycle approaches to Integrated Water Management around the world.

Benefits

The total value for this scholarship is A$9,500, which covers:

  • A$7000 towards the cost of tuition for the Master of Integrated Water Management program
  • Also, return air travel up to the value of A$2500 to Australia for all full-time Master program applicants.

In addition to the fees component of the partial scholarship, IWC will refund flights to Australia for self-funded international students who are undertaking the Masters program up to a maximum value. Also, Flight refunds are not available for students undertaking the Graduate Certificate. Students are encouraged to arrive into Brisbane at least one week in advance of the commencement of the program to allow time to find adequate housing and acclimate to Brisbane.

Eligibility

  • Partial scholarships are available to support self-funded International students who do not receive any full-tuition scholarship.
  • To receive a partial scholarship, eligible international students must receive an unconditional offer of admission from Griffith University in the IWC Master of Integrated Water Management (or Graduate Certificate or Graduate Diploma) commencing in Trimester 1, 2019 as well as have successfully enrolled in the Program.

Application

  • All new eligible students commencing the Program in Trimester 1, 2019 will receive a partial scholarship.
  • Partial scholarships are available to Self-funded International students.
