i-SEA Fellowship 2026 in Singapore: Fully Funded Opportunity for Young Content Creators

The i-SEA Fellowship 2026 is a fully funded, month-long programme by the Centre for Information Integrity and the Internet (IN-cube) at Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Singapore, in partnership with Temasek Foundation and the NTU ASEAN, China and India Mobility Fund.

The programme brings together 40 young content creators from across Southeast Asia to develop skills in ethical storytelling, digital media, information integrity and responsible AI.

What Does the Fellowship Offer?

The programme includes three weeks of online masterclasses followed by a fully funded week in Singapore featuring workshops, industry visits and a hackathon.

Participants will explore:

  • Misinformation and online harms
  • Media law and ethics
  • AI in storytelling
  • Fact-checking tools
  • Digital literacy
  • Immersive journalism
  • Information integrity

Selected fellows will also visit organizations such as TikTok, MediaCorp and SPH Media and receive an official certificate after completing the programme.

Benefits

The Singapore component is fully funded, including travel, accommodation and programme-related expenses. Fellows also receive mentorship, networking opportunities and access to industry experts.

Who Can Apply?

Applicants must:

  • Be 18–25 years old if applying from outside Singapore.
  • Be a citizen or resident of Southeast Asia, China or India.
  • Be currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution.
  • Be nominated by their institution.
  • Have at least 1,000 followers on a social media platform.
  • Have a regular posting history.
  • Be available for the full programme.

Platforms may include TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and others.
