ICANN Fellowship Application Program is accepting engaged or interested students in the various aspects of ICANN’s work for 2022 right now.

The goal of the ICANN Fellowship Application Program is to strengthen the diversity of the multistakeholder model. It will create opportunities for individuals from under-served as well as under-represented communities to become active participants in the ICANN community.

What will you get in this fellowship program?

1. all the participants are exposed to the ICANN community’s work.
2. Each applicant is assigned a mentor as well as training across various areas of knowledge around the time of the ICANN Public Meeting.
3. Additionally, every participant will also get travel assistance to attend the meeting

Eligibility

• Be at least 21 years of age
• interested or already engaged in, the various components of ICANN’s work
• Applicants should also complete mandatory ICANN Learn course(s)
•  is not involved in or associated with other ICANN supported travel programs at the time of selection
• Meanwhile, policy Forum applicants must have successfully completed an ICANN Fellowship
• second and third-time fellows must prove their involvement and engagement in one of the ICANN communities

Requirements

• Engage in Fellowship Program Mentoring processes
• Complete additional required ICANN courses
• Also, attend the ICANN Public Meeting and required activities
• Network and interact with program alumni and community members
• Complete the post-meeting survey

After successfully completing an ICANN Fellowship (Fellowship Alumni), you will be eligible to apply for a Policy Forum Fellowship.

You need an ICANN Account in order to apply for the Fellowship Program.

Furthermore, if ICANN74 is held virtually, the Fellowship Program and participation will also be held virtually.
