Murdoch University offers international welcome scholarships to the fee-paying international students commencing an undergraduate and postgraduate coursework degree at one of Murdoch University Western Australia campuses in 2020 – 2024. Each scholarship works as a partial fee-reduction; payments are deducted from each semester’s tuition fee, for the duration of the scholarship. Moreover, the amounts in these tables are maximum amounts, based on course duration. A recipient student will only be eligible to receive installments that match their course’s duration. This may be less than the maximum. Further, a student who commences a course part-way through, due to advanced standing, will only be eligible to receive installments corresponding with the remainder of the course.

Scholarship amount

The maximum value of each scholarship is AUD$12,000 for Business and Nursing degrees and AUD$11,000 for all other degrees.

Eligible Courses 

This scholarship is available to the candidates pursuing  Bachelor degrees available to international students which is available at one of Murdoch’s Western Australian campuses. Similarly, students applying for all Graduate Certificate, Graduate Diploma and Masters by Coursework degrees available to international students and available at one of Murdoch’s Western Australian campuses are eligible.

Eligibility 

In order to be eligible for International Welcome Scholarships at Murdoch University, applicants must be

• International, full fee-paying student;
• Starting studies at one of Murdoch’s Western Australian campuses in 2020 – 2024 intakes.
• Starting studies in a Murdoch coursework degree (this is a bachelor, graduate certificate, graduate diploma or masters-by-coursework degree);
• Not receiving any other Murdoch scholarship as well as should not subject to any of the exclusions below.
