Khazar University fully funded international scholarships are available for application. Moreover, the university announces the Excellence and Merit Scholarships for distinguished international applicants who wish to pursue bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral (Ph.D.) degrees at Khazar. The aim of Khazar University scholarships is to encourage and support candidates with an excellent academic performance from all over the world to study at Khazar University, a leading private university of Azerbaijan that offers quality education in the English language.

Khazar University is the first University in Azerbaijan composed of multiple independent schools united by the same academic policy and principles, which offer a wide scope of diverse majors in Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Architecture, Engineering, and Applied Sciences, Economics, Management and Business Administration, Education. Khazar also one of the leading universities in Azerbaijan in terms of its relations with industry. Further, these scholarships aim to enable the candidates to push their boundary and develop excellence in their area of studies. Besides, the scholarships at the university depend upon a number of factors, for instance, academic merit, need, and faculty. Some of the high-awarding scholarships at the university include Khazar University Excellence Scholarship and Khazar University Merit Scholarships.

Khazar University Excellence Scholarship.

Khazar University fully funded Excellence scholarship covers the full tuition fee of international students, enabling them to study tuition-free at Khazar University. The scholarship does not cover living, travel, and other expenses. Initially, the scholarship is awarded for one year, subject to prolongation depending on the academic performance of the student.

Who can apply?

Candidates are eligible if they:

• Be a citizen of a country other than Azerbaijan
• Likewise, apply to one of the master’s or Ph.D. programs at Khazar University
• Similarly, demonstrate excellent academic performance and high achievements at previous study level(s)
• Also, demonstrate academic talent and strong motivation in the chosen field of study

Khazar University Merit Scholarships:

These scholarships cover 75%, 50%, or 25% of the tuition fee on a competitive basis. Initially awarded for one year, the scholarship is subject to prolongation for the next academic year depending on the academic performance of the student.

Once you have identified your program, download the application form for the selected level of study, fill it out in accordance with the application guidelines.

Submit Your Application

Applications are submitted directly to the International Affairs Office and should be sent either to [email protected] or by post along with all required documents. When you submit the full application package via email make sure to indicate clear subject line – ‘Your name_Khazar International Admission 2019-2020’ Please consult the list of requirements for the selected level of study before submitting your application. We will not consider incomplete and late applications.
