This course examines successful strategies, business models, frameworks, funding, barriers and risks for introducing break-through products and services.

Topics include business model innovation, strategic leadership, human centered and design-driven innovation, knowledge and change management.

Entrepreneurial Financial Management

It provides an integrated set of concepts and applications that draw from entrepreneurship, finance, and accounting, and will prepare students for the world they will most likely face as they start their new businesses.

Attention is paid to venture capital and public offerings, but these are put in their proper perspective.

Admission Requirements

For Executive MBA
