Merit Award Scholarships in USA by The University of Hawaii is inviting applications for International Merit Award Scholarships. This scholarship is an automatic scholarship awarded to students for each year of undergraduate study. The University of Hawaii system is a public, co-educational college and university system that confers associate, bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral degrees through three university campuses, seven community college campuses, an employment training center, three university centers, four education centers and various other research facilities distributed across six islands throughout the State of Hawaii in the United States. All applicants whose native language is not English must submit an official TOEFL score report from a test taken within the last two years. An official TOEFL score report must be sent directly from the Educational Testing Service to the Office of Admissions.

Eligibility
To be considered for admission, you must have completed or are in the process of completing secondary school with a cumulative or overall grade point average (GPA) equivalent of B or higher. The focus will also be on the grades/marks you have received for Mathematics and Science courses.
