NUI Galway invites application for Scholarship from international students pursuing an undergraduate degree at the University. NUI Galway is reinforcing high caliber students from around the world to study in Ireland. To this end, the University offers a range of merit-based partial tuition fee waivers to eligible students. NUI Galway has grown massively in size and reputation over the span of two centuries. According to data from QS World University Rankings, the University is now among the Top 1% in the world. Further, to encourage international participation and expand diversity, NUI Galway is providing several scholarship schemes to both its undergraduate as well as postgraduate students. NUI Galway Undergraduate International Scholarship is a merit-based scholarship, that depends on the excellence of students.
We will be offering partial tuition fee waivers in the sum of €2,000 to first-year fees only. In order to apply for the Undergraduate Merit Scholarship, you must already be in receipt of an offer of a place on an Undergraduate Programme from NUI Galway.
Scholarships are available on the basis of academic merit. In addition, applicants should submit a personal statement (MS Word, 1,000 words maximum) covering the following points:

NUI Galway Scholarship is open for international undergraduate students till June 30, 2019. Eligible students pursuing undergraduate in Ireland may apply for the scholarship before the deadline. Applications arriving postdeadline are not eligible for the scholarship.
