The University of Hong Kong Department of Surgery calls application for Postdoctoral Fellowship to commence as soon as possible for two years. The appointee will work independently and be involved in various projects related to breast cancer biology. In addition to that, s/he will assist in laboratory research activities and will have the opportunity to work with collaborating divisions/centres in HKU and in HKU-Shenzhen Hospital.

Eligibility

Candidates must have the following qualifications to be Postdoctoral Fellowship at the University of Hong Kong

• Applicants should possess a Ph.D. degree with proven experience in molecular genetics, next generation sequencing and animal model.
• They should be outstanding and self-motivated researchers with a research track record in molecular and cancer biology.
• Experience in clinical studies and grant applications, particularly collaboration grants with mainland China, is an advantage.
• Fluency in English is necessary. Proficiency in Cantonese and Putonghua is preferred.
