Applications are open for the Radboud University Scholarship 2021 program in the Netherlands. The deadline for the application is 1st March 2021. The scholarship is open to non-EU/EEA passport holders.

The Radboud Scholarship Programme may be a very selective scholarship programme. It offers talented, highly motivated, non-EEA students with outstanding study results the chance to be awarded a scholarship for an entire English-taught Radboud University Master’s degree programme.

Each year 12 full scholarships and about 25 partial scholarships are awarded within the Radboud Scholarship Programme for the duration of 1 of English taught academic degree programmes (with the exception of Erasmus Mundus Master’s programmes, joint-degree Master’s programmes, and therefore the Master’s programme in Theology (3 year)).

Full scholarships

A full scholarship covers the schooling fee of €16,000 and living costs of €10,800 (as set by the IND, the Dutch Immigration and Naturalisation Service, for 2021/2022).

Partial scholarships of Radboud University Scholarship 2021

A partial scholarship will reduce your tuition fee to € 2,168. For example: a grant holder in 2021/2022 can pay a tuition fee of only €2,168, rather than €16,000.

  • Both full and partial scholarships also cover costs for visa, residence permit, insurance and insurance for your stay within the Netherlands (Aon Student Insurance). you’ll find a sign for the prices of living and studying within the Netherlands, on our website.
  • In case you’re selected as a scholarship recipient and you’re admitted to a two-year Master’s programme: to qualify for the grant again for the second year, you would like to possess passed all courses within the first year.
  • The Radboud Scholarship can’t be combined with the Fulbright-Radboud Scholarship, Orange Tulip Scholarship or Holland Scholarship. you’ll apply for quite one scholarship, but just one are going to be granted.

Eligibility

You will only be eligible to use for a Radboud Scholarship if you:

  • hold a non-EU/EEA passport
  • are not eligible for the lower EEA tuition fee for other reasons
  • have (will obtain) a baccalaureate achieved outside Netherlands , haven’t any degrees achieved within the Netherlands and didn’t receive any previous education within the Netherlands (exchange programmes excluded, as long as they’re a part of the bachelor degree achieved outside the Netherlands)
  • meet English language proficiency requirement for the Master’s programme of your choice
  • have been fully admitted to the English-taught academic degree programme starting 1 September 2021 as stated within the formal letter of admission
  • are ready to suits the conditions for obtaining a visa for Netherlands
  • are enrolled at Radboud University as a full-time student for the tutorial year and academic degree programme that the scholarship are going to be awarded

Application Procedure

You can apply by indicating during your application for admission for a Master’s programme within the OSIRIS Application system that you simply wish to use for a Radboud Scholarship. you’ll then be requested to upload three additional documents: two reference letters and a CV , if you’ve got not already done so for the Master’s programme application.

The selection for the scholarship and therefore the admission to the Master’s programme are two separate processes: admission to the Master’s programme doesn’t imply selection for the scholarship.
