Eligibility Criteria
(1) Applicants :
Applicants must be graduate level International students who are newly coming to Japan. They must have demonstrated excellent academic degree and will be expected to maintain a scholastic performance level of 2.30 * during the scholarship period. Applicants must also satisfy one of the conditions of language ability (6) as below.
(2) Nationality
Applicants must have the nationality of a country which has diplomatic relations with the Japanese government. Also, applicants who has Japanese nationality at the time of application is not eligible.
(3) Age
- Applicant must have been born after April 2, 1986.
- Moreover, exceptions are limited to case in which MEXT deems that the applicant could not apply within the eligible age limit due to circumstances in the applicant’s country.
- Additionally, personal circumstances will not be considered for exception
(4) Academic background
- Applicants must satisfy the qualifications requirements to enter a master’s course or
- Likewise, doctoral course in a graduate school of Kyushu Institute of Technology.
(5) Field of study
Applicants should apply for the field of study they majored at university or related field. Similarly, the field will be able to study at School of Computer Science and System Engineering.
