Skoltech University Scholarship 2024, founded in 2011 in collaboration with MIT, is a leading private research and academic institute situated in the Moscow Region near Skolkovo village. It aims to prepare the next generation of researchers and entrepreneurs while expanding scientific knowledge and fostering technological innovation. Skoltech University offers a fully funded scholarship for international students. The Skoltech University Scholarship 2024 will cover the Full Tuition fee, Medical Insurance, a Monthly Stipend to cover living expenses, accommodation, and a Free Airfare Ticket (Relocation Support).Skoltech offers Master’s and PhD programs (MSc, PhD) in various fields. The language of instruction is English. You will be amazed after listening to the number of scholarships. Skoltech University will select 300 students for Master’s and 120 students for PhD Programs. Financial Benefits
- Skoltech University offers a Fully Funded Scholarship to international students. These scholarship covers:
- Total Tuition Fee will be covered by the University.
- No Application Fee is required.
- Monthly Stipend for MSc: 40,000 rubles/month.
- Monthly Stipend for PhD: 70,000 rubles/month.
- Medical insurance will be provided.
- Free Relocation will be provided.
- Variety of academic mobility programs.
There is no separate application for funding. All applicants are automatically considered for funding.
All admitted master’s and Ph.D. students will receive an academic stipend as well as full tuition and medical insurance.

Eligibility Criteria for Skoltech University Scholarship 2024
- Applications are open to domestic and international students.
- For Master Program: An appropriate Bachelor’s degree, or its equivalent, from a recognized university.
- For Doctoral Programs: An appropriate Master’s degree, or its equivalent, from a recognized university.
- Final-year undergraduate students can also apply.
- Applicants who already have a master’s degree can also apply.
- TOEFL or IELTS score is not required if the applicant received a university English-language degree.
- Submission of a General GRE score is not a requirement of the Skoltech application.
- There are no minimum GPA requirements.
