Eligibility Criteria for ARICE Scholarship 2025

• The Scholarship is open to all Nationals except the EU.
• Priority is given to citizens of non-EU and non-EFTA states.
• Romanian citizens are not eligible.
• Citizens who have applied for protection in Romania are not eligible.
• Citizens who have a long-term residence permit in Romania are not eligible.

Sholarship Duration

• Bachelor’s: 3-6 years
• Master’s: 1.5-2 years
• Postgraduate/Residency: 3-6 years
• Doctoral: 3-5 years
• Note: Dental medicine, stomatology, and pharmacy are excluded from scholarships.

Note for Applicants

• The Ministry of Education and Research makes final scholarship decisions.
• Results are posted on the ARICE website and emailed to successful applicants.
• Letters of Acceptance/Enrollment Orders are issued by the Ministry of Education before the 2025-2026 academic year.
