Since its establishment in 1986, HELP has awarded many scholarships to encourage academically inclined Malaysian and international students who display leadership qualities to pursue tertiary education at our institutions. Additionally, many of these recipients have completed their courses and have embarked on successful careers. HELP welcomes both new and continuing students of merit to apply for scholarships and study awards.

HELP University (Malay: Universiti HELP; formerly known as HELP Institute, and subsequently as HELP University College) is a private university in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. It was founded in 1986 by its President, Dr Paul Chan Tuck Hoong, and CEO Chan-Low Kam Yoke.
Additionally, HELP first offered the University of London External Programs and the twinning programs with the University of Glamorgan, Wales, United Kingdom, and the University of Southern Queensland, Australia.
