FAO eLearning Academy Global Youth Contest 2026 | Win a Fully Funded Trip to Rome

Applications are now open for the FAO eLearning Academy Global Youth Contest 2026: From Learning to Impact. Organized by the Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) of the United Nations, the contest invites young learners worldwide to share how FAO eLearning courses have helped them transform knowledge into real-world action.

Participants are asked to submit a short impact story explaining how they applied the knowledge and skills gained through FAO eLearning Academy courses to make a positive difference in their studies, careers, workplaces, or communities.

Benefits

Three outstanding winners will receive:

• A fully funded trip to Rome, Italy
• Participation in the World Food Forum 2026 (12–15 October 2026)
• International recognition from FAO
• A featured video interview on FAO platforms and social media channels

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

• Be between 18 and 35 years old
• Be registered learners of the FAO eLearning Academy
• Have completed at least one FAO eLearning course
• Hold verified digital badges from FAO courses
• Demonstrate real-world impact from their learning experience

How to Apply

Applicants must submit a written impact story describing:

• What they learned through FAO eLearning courses
• How they applied that knowledge in practice
• The positive impact created through their actions

Submissions should be supported by verified course completion records and digital badges earned through the FAO eLearning Academy.
