The University of Bradford is offering Academic Excellence Scholarships to ten (10) students. The Bradford Academic Excellence scholarships recognize and awards undergraduate as well as postgraduate students pursuing tertiary study in England. Moreover, the University has gained an unequivocal reputation among international students. Hence, to ease international studies, the university is providing a number of scholarship schemes.

The University of Bradford is a public, plate glass university in Bradford, West Yorkshire, England. Bradford was the first university outside London to offer part-time degree courses. Further, its courses are designed in response to the changing business, social, scientific and environmental landscape. Moreover, the university offers relevant, practical and useful learning for all students.

Benefits

The University of Bradford provides these scholarships as a tuition fee waiver. The scholarship is worth half of the tuition fees. However, if scholars course lasts longer than one year then subsequent payments will depend on you getting an average of over 60%.

After receiving this scholarship you are not eligible for any other scholarships or discounts e.g. Alumni discount.

However, the scholarship will not cover the scholar’s accommodation and living expenses while their study in England.

Eligibility

• Applicants must be living overseas and not nationals of the EU.
• The scholarship is only applicable to students who enter their programme in Year 0 (Foundation) or Year 1.
• You must be applying for full-time study on any level of degree programme i.e. undergraduate or postgraduate taught (not research).
• The University of Bradford must make an offer of a place to study from September 2019
• Students from China and Hong Kong must be in receipt of the International Academic Excellence Scholarship or Country Specific International Academic Excellence Scholarship (shown on your offer letter). Please send a copy of your offer letter with your application form.
• As well as having an offer you must also believe that you will obtain the equivalent of AAA in A-levels (for undergraduate study) or a first-class honors degree (for postgraduate study). You must be able to prove your results by the end of August 2019.
• Students with the highest overall entry qualifications will receive the scholarships.
• You must also be paying your own fees.
• This scholarship is only open to students whose courses will be based in Bradford. Any external or Distance Learning courses are not eligible for this award.

How To Apply

Applicants must be of the specified nation to receive this scholarship. Further, the University of Bradford offers these scholarships based on academic qualification. Hence, students must produce the documents of qualification as proof. Also, the scholars must receive a place of an offer to study at the University in England.

Deadline

Applicants must submit their application for the scholarship before the deadline set as June 3, 2019. The University of Bradford will reject the scholarships application arriving postdeadline.
