The Nike Paris & North Event team is looking for a full-time/end of studies students for Sports internship for 6 months for July 2019. The Event team oversees all internal events & sports activities for Nike North (France / Benelux / Nordics): Sales meetings, Employee meetings, Nike EMEA and Global visitors, a team off-sites, sports activities, and experiences. We deliver events mostly in Paris as Paris is a Key city for Nike globally. The Event team is part of Workplace Design & Connectivity (WD+C). Further, the aim of WD+C is to create the workplace ecosystem of the future.

What will the Event Intern do at Nike?

The Event Internship position comes with responsibilities in several tasks. Moreover, the event intern will carry out event management, communication, and help to update the Paris map.

Event Management

• Working on event proposal by doing research and site inspections of restaurants, event locations, team building activities, transports
• Also, the intern will help in Event production:
  • Logistics support: Management of rooming lists, transport planning, caterer, services providers,
  • Creation of run of show and event roadbook & map
  • Creation of brief for suppliers
  • Event execution: Coordination during events / solutions oriented

Communication

• The event intern will also help in discovering and proposing new ways of communication.
• Also, Creating internal communications on topics related to events and the workplace environment

Feel Paris

• Updating the Nike Paris Map as well as the Mapstr account with new restaurants, concepts, event locations, hotels, hot spots
• Updating the Hospitality Master file database including meeting rooms, restaurants, team building activities, caterers

What do you need for Event Internship at Nike?

The Event Intern will work in France. Hence, the prospective intern should have at least the following qualifications:

• Interns should have Bac+4/5, or equivalent academic background
• Further, the interns should be Fluent in English & French
• Also a basic computer knowledge regarding PPT and Excel.
• Organized, rigorous and proactive
• Dynamic, creative, and agile
• Further, Good knowledge of Paris
• Additionally, a first experience in the event field is a plus
