Applications are open for Fully Funded Ashoka ChangemakerXchange Conference in Thailand. ChangemakerXchange is a global collaborative community for young changemakers to connect, share and develop cross-border collaborations. The program aims to maximize the social impact of young changemakers. Moreover, they take part in impact retreats and become part of a global community of social innovators that learn from each other and co-create projects together.

Further, this is a platform for social innovators (with or without disabilities) supporting persons with disabilities and championing diversity. The summit follows the universal design and will provide necessary arrangements for all types of disability. After becoming a member of ChangemakerXchange community, you are consent to be in contract by Ashoka.

Fully Funded ChangemakerXchange in Thailand Covers

ChangemakerXchange Program in Thailand is fully funded. The program covers travel costs to/from the venue. Further, it also covers the conference costs for all four nights and five days (including hotel accommodation, inner city travel, food, entrance fees, etc.).

Who are eligible for the ChangemarkerXchange in Thailand?

To be eligible for the fully funded ChangemakerXchange in Thailand, applicants must

• Must be between 18-35 y/o.
• Should lead, co-lead, have founded or co-founded their own social venture/initiative. (which can include ‘intrapreneurs’. also, pioneering innovation and social change from within a private or public sector institution) which is up and running and has as its core mission to empower / advocate for people with disabilities. However, applicants with an idea only or volunteering for an organization are not eligible.
• Must have a good level of English that enables them to understand, present, and collaborate throughout the summit.
• Should have the skills and know-how to be part of a special community of collaborative young changemakers. As well as be willing to play an active role in this community.
• Also, must be a fit with the values of the CXC community
• Must be located and have an impact in an eligible country: Australia, Bangladesh, Cambodia, China, India, Indonesia, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Singapore, Timor Leste, Thailand, and Vietnam.

How to apply for the fully funded conference in Thailand?

To apply for the fully funded ChangemakerXchange conference in Thailand, applicants will require to submit an application via the online portal. Further, the applicants may also require to pay an entry fee($15) which goes to the charity. However, under exceptional conditions, the applicants may ask leniency for the application fee.
