General Electric opens an internship vacancy on Learning Specialist in Rivalta Di Torino, Turin, Italy. This internship vacancy at General Electric is the opportunity for students and youths to work with a global multinational company. The intern will join the Avio Aero Organization and Talent Development Team. S/he will spend time with the Learning Leader to gain experience in all activities related to designing, scheduling, implementing and reporting of training.

Key duties 

The incumbent will perform and participate in  the following things

• Definition of the training needs together with the HR Managers.
• Planning training activities in accordance with the rhythm of the plants/functions.
• Delivery of courses In House, in collaboration with impacted Functions.
• Coordination with GE Aviation and Corporate Learning teams for the management of GE Learning platform, local delivery of catalog training and reporting.
• Funded training activation, monitoring and stakeholder management (e.g. Finance, Facility, HR as well as external providers as needed).
• Planning and implementation of “Alternanza Scuola Lavoro” Project and related activities (e.g. Plant visits).

Requirements 

The ideal candidates will have the following in order to grab this Internship Opportunity at General Electric

• University Degree (Work Psychology, Economics are a plus). In addition to that, proficient in MS Office, Advanced Excel, etc.
• Fluent in English as well as good communication skills.
• Proactivity and ability to self organize work as well as problem-Solving skills

• Furthermore, EU Work Authorization is necessary.
