- Also, Complete special projects (integration of applicant tracking, benefits, document imaging, performance management, and learning systems) into HRIS Interpret and explain human resources policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.
- Furthermore, Address employee relations issues, work complaints (e.g., time and leave management) or other employee concerns related to the HRIS or payroll.
Qualifications
