JP Morgan calls application for for 2020 Asset Management Product Summer Analyst Internship Program in the Colombus, Ohio, United States of America. Basically, the job involves dealing with portfolio management and investment strategies. The incumbent will be an energetic, creative talent to join who will join the global team of experts to develop innovative investment strategies for the clients.

Summary 

The intern will collaborate with industry experts to develop investment solutions for our corporate, government, not-for-profit and individual clients worldwide. In addition to that, they will work with client portfolio managers, traders, research analysts, marketers and client advisors to analyze and help execute investment strategies. Help build our clients’ futures while developing your own expertise in a dynamic team environment.

The internship will be nine-week long. In those nine weeks, candidates will have been introduced to the firm and gain knowledge and insight into the business strategies and products Asset Management implements. The candidate will then join the Fixed Income team, where s/he will work with senior business leaders to develop investment strategies that support our client’s needs. Top performers may receive the opportunity to join JP Morgan as a full-time analyst at the end of the summer.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong quantitative skills and a passion for investing. Similarly, strong initiative, energy, and confidence. Exceptional organizational skills as well as the ability to multitask.
• A genuine interest in financial markets, investing and macro-level economics. In addition to that, background in financial accounting, financial analysis or mathematics a plus.
• Good judgment and discretion working with highly confidential information.
• Attend college/university in the U.S. Moreover, the minimum preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
• Expected graduation date of December 2020 – Spring 2021.
