Position Summary

The Investment Analyst role is a 3-year, full-time position open to recent graduates and graduating seniors (0-2 years of work experience).  Likewise, the Investment Analyst position provides a unique opportunity to gain broad exposure to and experience in institutional investing.

Duties:

• Review performance of managers versus benchmarks and internal records, exposure analysis (geographic, leverage, transparency, strategy, holdings)
• Also, conduct performance attribution, correlation and other analysis
• Coordinate and prepare background information for team member visits with managers
• Likewise, represent the College at partnership meetings and prepare summary notes
• Similarly, support investment team with asset class reviews and asset class analysis
• Furthermore, support data collection and aggregation for asset allocation reviews
• Perform research using internal analytical databases.

Qualifications

The Investment Analyst should exhibit the desire to learn and grow as an investment professional and keep up to date on the latest market news, industry practices and technology applications.
