Under the general direction of the Director of HR Operations, the Assistant Director has responsibility in two areas of HR Operations. This position is responsible for the development/refinement of practices, policies, and procedures pertaining to the talent acquisition, reclassification/classification as well as the day-to-day operations and oversight of the College’s Talent Acquisition and Classification activities for its classified, faculty and professional employees. Additionally, this position directly supervises two high-level classified employees and one Senior Specialist professional employees who perform talent acquisition, reclassification, and classification functions. Also, the Assistant Director is actively involved in the creation and execution of strategies pertaining to various Human Resources related functions.
