Description:
Applications are being accepted from the EU candidates for PhD Research Position. However, University College Cork provides you this opportunity. Eligibility Criteria
- Eligible Countries: EU
- PhD position in Mapping the exposure, vulnerability and risk of extreme climate impacts in EU coastal cities
- Likewise, to be eligible, the applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- First or Upper Second Class Honors (2:1) degree (or equivalent) in Engineering, preferably Civil Engineering.
- Also, experience using research methods or other approaches relevant to the subject matter is desirable.
- An understanding of Coastal Engineering is desirable – from academic modules, work or both.
- Additionally, an understanding of risk analysis is also desirable
- Good communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
- Similarly, excellent academic English writing skills.
