Basic eligibility:

• A citizen of either Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam or Philippines.
• 27 years old and below
• Also, applicant with minimum of 1 full academic year remaining.

• Additionally, non-recipients of any other scholarship or grant, with a contractual obligation on the part of the applicant.
