There is a job opening for the manager of the content and the digital department of Visa in Dubai. The manager will be responsible for developing and delivering content and digital strategies whilst running digital campaigns across earned, owned, paid and shared channels.

Develop corporate communications digital strategies and campaigns across CEMEA to help better connect with key audiences and stakeholders on priority platforms.
Assess, prioritize and identify key social and digital channels for Visa to establish a presence
Also, develop and maintain sustainable editorial calendars across digital channels
Lead digital content development efforts across paid, owned, earned, shared properties. He\she should also review all content from inception to publication.
Build proactive plans to enhance the digital presence and profiles of senior leaders.
Contribute to digital content agenda and strategic communications for Visa’s client thought leadership platform and programme in CEMEA.
In addition, the manager should provide best practice and subject matter expertise to the regional Visa Corporate Communications team across Central Europe, Middle East and Africa.
Help empower and enable Visa employees to become digital ambassadors, strengthening employee advocacy.
Moreover, help measure and evaluate Visa performance on digital channels, setting metrics and evaluating progress in delivering against them.
strong technical proficiency in social media platforms and has a curiosity about emerging platforms and trends
Holds strong editorial, digital publishing and communications skills
Applicants should also have a strong portfolio of successful records in Social and Digital
Excellent relationship management and communication skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. The applicants should also have excellent presentation, written and oral communication skills
Experience of working in a matrixed, multinational corporate environment
Strong attention to detail along with the ability to nuance messaging of complex topics for a sophisticated and multi-stakeholder audience
The manager should also have the ability to effectively manage agencies and work with remote teams
Educated to degree level or equivalent communications qualification
Communications/Marketing/Digital Agency experience is preferable while journalist background is also a plus
Moreover, applicants should be fluent in English. As for the knowledge of other languages like Arabic, French, Russian is a plus.
