The European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security, and Justice (EU-LISA) offers paid Internship for recent university graduates who are at the beginning of their professional careers.
Internships for university graduates are intended to enable interns to supplement their knowledge with EU policies, activities, and procedures as well as those of EU-LISA.
The Agency welcomes applications from candidates with a background relating to any of the activities of the Agency.

Education in domains relevant to the internship; including, but not limited to Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology;
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, in particular Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
The following attributes would be advantageous:
Professional experience in Recruitment & Selection, or any other HR area
Ability to use data for creating reports, scorecards, diagnostic analysis
Knowledge and/or professional experience with HR applications and tools
Knowledge of EU Staff Regulations and CEOS as shown by training
Ability to act with integrity, demonstrate sound ethical principles at work, and respecting the rules on professional secrecy
Good communication and interpersonal skills, including flexibility, ability to multitask, and service-oriented approach
Ability to work as part of a team in a multicultural environment;
Interest and willingness to learn.
Selection Procedure
All eligible applications are evaluated by Selection Panel based on defined selection criteria.
Applicants may be contacted by e-mail, telephone, and/or Skype to arrange an interview or to discuss mutual expectations prior to the final selection decision.
In case of an interview, the Selection Panel examines the profiles of the applicants and scores the applicants in accordance with the selection criteria.
