The Computer Science Department serves three major programs (the computer science major, the joint major in computer science and mathematics, and the joint major in mathematical and computational biology). The department and the college place a high value on engaging students from traditionally underrepresented groups, and candidates from these groups are especially encouraged to apply.

Eligibility

  • Candidates in all areas of computer science and at all ranks will be considered.
  • Ph.D. in computer science by the time of appointment.

Review of applications will begin on March 4th and continue until the search concludes. Hiring is contingent upon available funding.

For two-year appointments, a renewal for the second year will be contingent upon a satisfactory review during the 2023 spring semester and available funding.
