The Rackham Graduate School Admissions and Academic Records & Dissertations team is seeking a highly responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented Student Administration Assistant Associate to provide the highest level of excellence and professionalism. The Student Administration Assistant provides administrative support and ensures excellence in service delivery and data accuracy in the maintenance of admissions and academic records, reports, and credential evaluation.
Enter the application data and monitor the application load process. Also, assist with processing recommendations of admission provided by the graduate programs; verify Rackham admission requirements are met, finalize the admission status in the Student Administration System, M-Pathways. Assist in verifying and determining the acceptance of international financial documents, entering data into the Student Administration System to create the I-20 immigration form for non-U.S. citizens who need an F-1 visa. Additionally, he/she will retrieve and print immigration documents from the SEVIS system. Handle the day-to-day opening, matching, and scanning of admission documents into Perceptive Content, create scanning coversheets, and verify the accuracy of the document image.
High school education or equivalent and two years of work experience. Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service and process improvement. Proficiency in utilizing database management systems as well as MS Office products and Google suite of applications. Similarly, strong attention to detail and analytical skills. Demonstrated ability to take initiative to resolve problems effectively. Ability to organize and prioritize work.
