Duties for Vacancy for Director of Admissions

• Supervise and manage admissions staff including providing clear communication regarding responsibilities, practices, and feedback.
• Additionally, engage in long-term planning and evaluation of undergraduate and graduate admission operations.
• Also, in collaboration with other divisional and college leadership, support innovative solutions and technology in the development of new markets and student segments, in addition to sustaining established markets.
• Similarly, serve as the primary admissions representative for Warren Wilson College with prospective students and families and other stakeholders while keenly communicating the mission. Visibly represent the College at local, state, regional, and national conferences and other events.
• Likewise, lead and oversee recruiting and admissions activities including managing the admissions pipeline and initial application screening. Ensure integration of activities and data across marketing and admissions, to analyze and guide marketing and recruitment strategies.
• Moreover, manage relationships with vendors, consultants, and partners.
