- Moreover, maintain existing reports, dashboards and CRM Advance UI
- Modify reports, dashboards and CRM Advance UI in response to feature requests, changes in CRM Advance, change in organization, team processes and standards and to resolve issues
- Likewise, provide information analysis (trends, correlations, relationships, etc.) to support organizational decisions
- Furthermore, participate in the testing of System upgrades
- Provide CRM Advance subject matter expertise to the Training and Project Management team
Qualifications
- Associates Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Also, three to five years related work experience
- Excellent computer skills with experience using word processing, spreadsheet and database software
- Likewise, proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and a high degree of initiative for bringing tasks to completion
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and a high level of customer service
- Additionally, ability to complete projects on time and report on status and progress
- Solid analytical and decision-making skills
