Job Summary

The successful applicant will be a creative and effective teacher capable of contributing to the School’s undergraduate and graduate programs, including the MBA program. Additionally, the department teaches courses in all areas of finance including corporate finance, investments, international finance, financial markets and institutions, insurance, derivatives, and real estate. Furthermore, applicants should be able to teach in more than one of these areas of finance at the undergraduate or graduate level.

Qualifications

The incumbent must have a master’s degree in finance or a related field, a minimum of five years of private sector experience, and a minimum of five years of teaching experience at the university level. Additionally, experience teaching in a distance education program and demonstrated the ability to be a faculty advisor and mentor to a student group. In addition, the faculty member should maintain either professional or academic qualifications and provide service to the department.
