Arizona University is now open for the vacancy of the Medical Education Program Professional III. He\She will be responsible for managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Neurology Residency program.

Responsibilities Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Residency and Fellowship programs within the department. Collect information and complete annual ACGME ADS updates of program information, resident, and faculty updates Develop and prepare annual program evaluations for the GME office. Prepare/Manage-Residency Program Annual Budget. Manage and train new/existing staff in the roles of Residency Program Coordinator and Clerkship Program Coordinator. Meet with employees on a bi-weekly monthly, quarterly basis to ensure proper protocols are being met, along with all assigned duties. Also, conduct Annual Reviews Coordinate and advise on the accreditation process and institutional requirements. Manage applicant ranking system and enter data into ERAS. Develop and submit reports to FREIDA Lead the preparation and submission of the LCME report to the College. Manage all recruitment activities, resident events, orientation and graduation. In addition, develop and maintain a detailed timeline Manage QGenda, a Banner Resident/Physician scheduling system. Provide administrative support to Faculty, Residency program director, as well assist with administrative duties Coordinate the logistics during interview season Minimum Qualification Bachelor’s degree or equivalent advanced learning attained through professional-level experience Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience Preferred Qualification good organization skills. Ability to independently prioritize work. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills. In addition, ability to adapt and adjust to new or changing situations. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Also can maintain confidentiality.
