The incumbent will have: substantive fiscal and personnel management experience and a strong business acumen. Likewise, a high level of cultural competency and a demonstrated commitment to the values of equity, inclusion, and justice. Also, experience leading a large and complex organization; a successful track record of fundraising and institutional and community development. Also, a foundational understanding of—and deep respect for—shared governance and faculty engagement. Additionally, a record of accomplishment engaging with and supporting local and regional communities.
