Responsibilities of the President

The incumbent will have: substantive fiscal and personnel management experience and a strong business acumen. Likewise, a high level of cultural competency and a demonstrated commitment to the values of equity, inclusion, and justice. Also, experience leading a large and complex organization; a successful track record of fundraising and institutional and community development.
