The Project Manager will be dedicated to supporting current and new initiatives that generate net revenue for the Lifelong Learning program. Additionally, these programs may be offered on campus or off-site and either in-person or online/remote learning format. Also, the project manager will serve as a liaison with 3rd party content providers, with relevant academic departments at Case Western Reserve University, and will interact directly with students as needed.

Duties

  • Manage relationships with external content providers for digital skills boot camps
  • Additionally, assess the quality of instruction and student outcomes to meet program expectations as set by the Executive Director.
  • Also, meet regularly with the implementation and support teams from those providers and represent both the Lifelong Learning Program and Case Western Reserve University to those entities.
  • Likewise, represent the university directly to students enrolled in those programs as a point person for direct communication with the Lifelong Learning Program as necessary.
  • Also, ensure that external providers maintain appropriate communication

  • Develop and oversee pilot programs funded by external grants. Create and execute a plan for the implementation of those programs.
  • Furthermore, grant-funded programs may be supported by local or national philanthropic contributions, such as those granted from the Jewish Federation of Cleveland.
  • Likewise, evaluate the outcomes of these programs and report (either in person and/or in writing) back to the funding entity.

Qualifications

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in higher education. Experience with diverse populations and corporate/professional education preferred.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.

2. Likewise, enthusiasm for working with diverse communities in a dynamic environment.
