Duties

A successful candidate will join the Department of MIS, Marketing, and Digital Business, which houses the MIS and Marketing programs at the undergraduate level and the MS in Business Analytics (MS-BA) program at the graduate level. Furthermore, the objective of the recently-launched MS-BA program is to prepare students to manage the unprecedented amounts of data that businesses are creating and to lead in a data-driven business environment. Likewise, in both the MIS and MS-BA programs, students develop a strong foundation in data management, business/systems analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling.

Required Minimum Qualifications

Qualified candidates should hold a Ph.D. with a focus in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Data Science. Additionally, for the rank of Assistant Professor, candidates may be ABD with expected completion by August 2021. Likewise, for the rank of Associate Professor, candidates must have a proven record of scholarly research and evidence of teaching excellence and strong service experience.
